I've tested it with my Logitech Dual Action gamepad and my Saitek Cyborg (PS2/PS3/PC) gamepad.Įdit: Something that I'm prone to do at times is forget to open Champions.PIE in GlovePIE before I hit "Run". If this doesn't help, I can try fixing bugs, although I would need more information on your setup and your gamepad. To test this, open up notepad and start pressing buttons 1 to 4 while the script is running. The easiest way to do that (if you use Windows XP) is to unplug all of the controllers and then replug in just the logitech one.Īlso, the script works by remapping gamepad controls to keyboard keys, so make sure you have the binds set. You may want to make sure that the logitech controller you have connected is detected as the first joystick. Off the top of my head, I can think of two reasons why it might not be working. Don't plug more than one in or it might be weird at you. Oh and also, only one Gamepad is supported.
To use it, just open it up in GlovePIE and hit "Run". This works for my sword guy pretty well so far, so I'm hoping someone else will find use for it. You need to bind "Enable Mouse Look" to "Right Press" for this to work right. Right stick moves the mouse while holding down the right mouse button. Left Stick Press = T (presumably for your travel power) Remember to set X as your walk bind or this may have unintended consequences Unless you push the stick ALL the way, it will also hold X (walk) Using this functionality, I've come up with a script that lets you play Champions with the Logitech Dual Action controller. GlovePIE is a program that allows you to, among other things, remap joystick/controller inputs into keyboard and mouse inputs.
#GLOVEPIE GH3 SCRIPT CODE#
It's designed to work with Logitech Dual Action but you can try it with your own gamepad (you can make changes to the code if a part of it doesn't work at any rate). Okay, so some of you may already have done this already, but for those of you who haven't, I just wanted to share the script I made for Champions.
